Found Great food in Loreto

Just back from 2 weeks RV camping trip, and despite pre-trip jitters due to so many naysayers we had a wonderful time and absolutely no problems. Our main reason for going: whale watching. Our whale highlight: Laguna de San Ignacio with Captain Antonio from Antonio EcoTours in El Padrino RV Park. One baby whale came right up to our panga to check us out. Best beaches: definitely Bahia de Los Angeles and Bahia Concepcion. Alas, it was very windy. Best food: after a week and a half of dry camping we spoiled ourselves with a very beautiful and elegant evening at Mediterraneo in Loreto. I became addicted to the deepfried quail and chipotle slaw. Everybody, go and eat there and make sure they thrive. We are already planning the next trip. Hasta pronto!

I'm glad to hear you had a good trip. Most of them are, and there is only the occasional Baja Boo Hoo.

You can't call it an adventure if there is no uncertainty!!

I'm a little uncertain about deepfried quail.
