Bola=machaca de langosta(lobster)
Rosario=burritos de langosta(Mama Espinosa)
San vicente=menudo
Loreto=steem clams
tijuana=shrimp tacos?
Tecate=birria de chivo(goat)
San Felo=deep frye fish
La Paz=camarones costa azul
Cabo=Trash can omelet(everything on the menu)

Just what Capt. George said the Caldo de Mariscos at Little Bismark in La Paz on Malecon is the best especially if you have a cruda. It makes you sweat all the bad out of you.
