May 31 Baja Drive

Hey all. Just made the drive north after flying down to retrieve a car of mine. Started in Los Barriles and made it to Ensenada in time to watch the 500 start and finish. Nothing really out of the ordinary except a bit of minor roadwork here and there. Military checkpoint crews were courteous to me as usual. The biggest drawback was the border crossing, Sunday night @ 10:30 pm. Line was exceptionally long, filled with race vehicles and spectators flooding back home.

I am heading back down on June 13th...... Always love the drive south more than the northern route. I will post anything relevant. Take care

Mike
