don't think so -- Elections were Sunday, Bajaguy & BajaBlonde saw them emptying the sand bags at the East TJ checkpoint on Saturday. The only trace of them at the Playas are the port-a-potties that are still there.

BB05,
Always wondered who those guys were stopping as I rarely saw any vehicle pulled over. Just for show? Flag waving maneuvers?

Dennis,
Crews sighted leaving Baja Country Club and now installing topes just west of Campo Annoya on hill leading up to you. Goal is to slow traffic down to the pace of bicycle riders.

Traffic-calming topes on the road from Maneadero to La Bufadora are working extremely well. Accidents are up only 15% since they were installed. Rapida Mofles loves 'em.
