Where is $ improvement clause in Fideicomiso?

Hola,
Somewhere in these big pages of my fidei there is a statement of how much money I must spend in improving the property. I have looked and looked and I can't find this information. Can anyone tell me which clause it is in or even a few words of the phrase I am seeking?
I appreciate the guidance.

It is no more since 1994 unless you have more than 2,000 sq. mts.
