Surf in Punta Chivato?

Strange! Icy calm day and we've got 3' waves.

Ok, here is some REAL speculation------

If the peninsula moved northward, even a micro-inch, would that not cause the water in Conception Bay to be pushed northward, causing waves at Punta Chivato????

OK, ok maybe my immagination is getting out of control------

Man, that looks like a really soft nice right set, if you don't have a board, try using the ironing board minus the legs.

High tide line at the same hight as a year ago during John. Also a lot of debris from Mulége being uncovered. It is so sad to remember what happened there a year ago. Temps yesterday 104º but dry 24%.

Thats amazing my wife and I spent the night there a couple of weeks ago at Steve and Shannon Shaw's palapa in front of their new garage, it was totally flat. From the looks of the picture your place must be pretty near to theirs?

805gregg , I was just over at Steve's checking the completion of the doors and windows. Took a few pics and sent them to them. My place is the last place north of them. Storm surf today. Barometer falling fast. Hoping the storm goes WEST!

That looks familar, I squeezed my jeep between the new garage and old bano and parked under their palapa. We only spent one night there because of the heat. First time in that area I really liked it. We hope to make a return trip when Steve and Shannon are there.
