Lot for Sale in El Otro Lado of Todos Santos..

We have a 1229.61 sq. metre lot not far from Mercado II in El Otro Lado of Todos Santos.

It has a nice unobstructed partial ocean view and is bordered on two sides by a small ravine and a Zona Z which is an area that will not be sold as it allows water to flow to the sea when it rains.

The services are there and there is one of the brand new power poles right on the corner of the lot.

Our intention was to move our 30 foot trailer there to live except we now need to move to the mainland. There is no point in moving it since we have to leave.

We will sell just the land or, if you want, we can make a deal for our 31 foot Fleetwood Ultralite Trailer (2002 and in great condition) complete with top quality hitch and our above ground pool etc. as well.

This is a ready made situation where you could live in the very nice, spacious and comfortable trailer while you build or, like us, just live the simple life. It is great!

We need to move in July 2008 at the latest.

Asking $33K for the land and $10 for the trailer, pool, and all the things that go with it. You could live in the trailer while you build on the land which is very close. Then, rent out the trailer or use it for guests or sell it.

Send us your questions, offers, ideas. We will send you photos and info as well as Google Earth photos. Kindly supply your email address.

Thanks for your interest
D&E

Where is the lot in relation to Cabo or La Paz

Todos Santos is right between Cabo and La Paz on the Pacific Coast. It is fresher there with nice ocean breezes.

And while open to correction, "El Otro Lado" I believe is an area just west of town, then heading north basically along the vicinity of the coast.

That is correct. You turn left off the main road in Todos called Juarez and follow what is known as the Topete to Casa Dracula and turn left again. Then just stay on that road. There are very good maps for this area in the publication known as El Calendario which you can pick up FREE around Todos Santos.

Here is a photo of one. Our lot is on the line that is just above the "LAS BRISAS"
