Frank, why not sell the existing developed lot on row 2, and build your dream place on the beach front lot?

How are the twins doing?

You can insert an individual image (photo) but not a album.

Here is the link to your album

As I am discovering, the cost of any lot improvements are more than one would expect. It's not just about the actual cost of the materials. There's also labor. And let us not forget the time and traveling costs to get to Bahia to do that labor to cause the improvements.

Each item that is already completed adds much more value than just the material cost. It is one step closer to your dream fulfillment.

Of course, technically, any lot improvements belong to the land owner. However, the person that leases that lot has full use of those improvements, thus the value. I think that $2,400 is a very reasonable price. Good luck on selling it.
