To me, it seems more rude if you start a conversation with another board member, and that conversation doesn't seem to be open to the person who started the thread. For instance, say that a person starts a thread about hotels in Baja, then two members start posting back and forth on the thread about something that is interesting only to them such as perhaps what foot fungus medication they used while they were in college together. That to me is hijacking of the worst sort. But what about a thread such as the one about the Jesus statue that just seems to naturally morph from conversation to conversation much like a campfire conversation would? You don't just keep on talking about the same thing until it is completely resolved. Perhaps we could have varying levels of hijacking with corresponding justifications of scorn.

This is great Packo, I can relate!:lol::lol::light:

Now, let me post some photos that (older) Nomads have seen dozens of times before, tell you how close the El Camino Real is to where you are, talk about when I was there as a kid, yadda, yadda, yadda...:o:bounce::lol::lol::lol:

David,
It's great to see that you see the humor in parody. Post away, my friend!

A stick figure Jesus is just what's called for here.... but Sharksy sez he's dead, doesn't mention resurrection... so be sure to paint him lying down, Diane.

Perhaps we could cover all my house with the gods, the prophets, and the best movie stars in history. We can include Superman and Godzilla and other heroes. Nice mural it will be. I'm sure my neighbors will enjoy the new scenery.

So you see, we've come full circle - albeit on the wrong thread - and Sharksy, you were right all the time. Gotta be a good feeling. Perhaps we need to find a spot for you on the deity wall.

The LEE side ?

With no other evidence in the photo than the spray, the assumption could be made that the surfer is on the windward side of the break.

I'd say it was inconclusive.

I'm sorry. Your tiny little pocket dog is disqualified. He can't compete with the big boys. All he can produce are the warm little squishy squiggles that barely pop up through the toes. Maybe aesthetically attractive, but on the olfactory scale from 1 to 10 it is a #2.
