Bank trusted house on beach at Coyote Bay south of Mulege built in 1971. Two Guest Bedrooms seperated by full bath, plus master bed with two closets and his and hers bathrooms with wall safe. Living/kitchen and mastr overlook bay. Living rm has fireplace, Satellite TV and Internet Service.Covered patio surrounds 3/4 of home with sheltered hot tub. Utility rm has freeZer, 2nd refer, and washr/dryer. Garage/workshop. Solar, wind, 12 deep cycle batteries, 3500 watt inverter, 500 gal freshwater tqank and well which services 10 homes in gated subdivision.

Sorry for the mistake in not posting the price. Asking $500,000. with Additional lot on seperate Bank Trust.
