Good news baja real estate owners.

I know many mexicans invest in real estate because its more stable than putting money in the bank; no inflation or peso devaluations.

Excellent article.... although there was a posting earlier about a shortage of construction workers in Mexico.... maybe those learning the trade in the US will start moving back to Mexico for better jobs.

I believe reverse emmigration was even briefly discussed in the article.

I don't know about the construction worker shortage in Todos Santos. I do know though that in San Felipe you've got to beat constractors and laborers off with a stick once they see you're beginning some type of building project. They flock around your place like flys.:O All the fisherman in this small fishing village are now contractors since the influx of rich gringos.;)
