Sure glad he is OK---bet hearing about all of it scared his mama.:yes:

Also happy that he is allowed to be armed.

Hose A: I think you 'splained this to me once before but refresh my memory: who are the P.E.P.? Something like the FBI/Secret Service? Are the Federal or State? Are they uniformed and drive marked cars? Thanks

One of the top five---- That is GREAT! Where in the US are they going?

BTW--how is that beautiful little baby doing---besides waking up at the correct time? Grandpa still "spoiling"her?

What a guy, Gene. You and Magda must be very proud. We need to have a recognition party out here for Jonathan and the round Nomad who helps supply him.

If Jonathan's trip to US goes by Fresno have him call and stop by. I have thousands of rounds of ammo. I'll be glad to load him up.

Trust me, I don't need to know the caliber, I have it.

PS also have lots of tracers in 30-06 and 223 if wants to really light up the 'hood.

WAY TO GO JONATHAN!!!!

Next time (undoubtedly there WILL be one!) if he also takes the time to put on his bulletproof vest (based on the assumption they could be armed with something more lethal than flashlights!), he could afford to take a second or two for accurate aim, so as to actually HIT his targets, rather than just send them scurrying off into the night like the rats they are!:bounce: Vest? Pants? Vest? Pants? VEST!!!:bounce::bounce:

You & Mom have reason to be proud!

Great story Gene but, There's more to the moral of your story. The police shouldn't be the only ones with the ability to protect themselves. It illustrates the need for all of us to arm ourselves and be ready for everything.
So...It's illegal for us to have firearms and bullets.
** ******* ****
There is no other way to protect ourselves from those who would kill our dogs, rape our wives, then, beat us to death.
This happened very recently in Punta Banda, Fisher Camp. A violent entry into a house, running to the upper story bedroom to the owners of the house. They proceeded to beat the man unmercifully. The scum knew they had hidden money and they got it.
A pistol in the hand of the victim might have stopped this. Probably so.
My suggestion.... Have a pistol and the balls to use it. Mexican law means nothing if it says you can't protect yourself. Otherwise, you're dead.

DEAD.

Way to go Johnathan. We will pray for safety for your whole family and for your continued improvement of marksmanship skills. 1 shot, 1 kill sounds about right. I don't think that's too much to ask.

God Bless and Keep Safe

Hose A,

It troubles me greatly that the good people of Baja, Mexico, are working and fighting so hard for peace and law in their country, while the casual visitors expect service without involvement.

My good wishes and prayers for you and yours.
