taxi / transportation from La Paz airport

We fly in to La Paz approx 8 PM on a Saturday night in June. What kind of ground transporation can I expect there to be at the airport ? Taxis ? Shuttle Buses ? We are going to Marina Palmira. What would I expect to pay for taxi (or shuttle bus) for two adults, two kids from airport to Marina ? Thanks in advance for any help.

Flying into LaPaz

We had friend who last week, flew into LP and took a taxi from airport to Mediterranian Hotel, that is around the corner off the Malecon from the Los Arcos. Cost was $25.00 us for taxi. She arrived at the same time as you will. She loved everything about the trip and taxi arrangement and the hotel. Enjoy your trip

Taxi for two persons should cost $15 U.S. from airport to Los Arcos. Add $5 more for second two people (not sure why, but that's how it is). No need to pay more... Be firm, stand your ground.
