This chump is just another Elitist who thought he was entitled to run roughshod over people and now he finally got what he deserved. The county jails and state prisons are full of people who think they have more entitlements than the rest of us. The rest of you chump Elitists in here who try to run roughshod over us the Great Unwashed Membership here on Baja Nomad will also get what you deserve. Do not be a fence sitter people get over and vote at: http://forums.bajanomad.com/viewthread.php?tid=31848 Show the Elitists they no longer run the kingdom.

NOTE: Maybe the powers that be will see their way clear and move the poll over here to the Elitist side of the railroad tracks where it will get to see the light of day.

Wow, Dave LaBarre, was/is one of the biggest developers in northern Baja right behind Pat Butler. Very surprising as he was the head of the San Felipe Developers Association. Not good for business if it's true. Has anyone else heard any other details?

I imagine a lot of people will start running title searches on the property they bought from him .... maybe the people who actually own the property will start comming forward and challanging the sales.

Isn't it interesting that while we face the small rip-off everyday living in Mexico ... the really HUGH ones are , many times, conducted by fellow gringos ?

You only hurt the ones you love :wow:

Videos are great, 2 years ago my friend was diving his cement mixer through a crowd of protestor when one jumped on the hood and claimed that he was hit in crosswalk. My friend was arrested and detained but FORTUNATELY he had his video camera running on the dashboard which showed what really happend so he was released and the protestor booked for filling a false report.:coolup:
