Dentist Reccomendations in Ensenada
I have a friend who is going to be spending some time in Ensenada and is looking for a good dentist.

We LOVE this guy: Dr. Gallegos
Excellent Dentist, we have been using for years. From fillings, cleanings, root canals etc. Speaks English (as do many of the others in the office)

than others in the area, but WORTH it)

Yes he does - and I recommend him and his mate Dr.Ortiz also.
And Dr. Ortiz drives a real Jeep-Jeep!

I second (or 3rd or 10th Dr. Carlos I been going to him since '97......he does not do braces though.
I've refered many, many Nomad's to him and all have been happy.
Mean people suck!

Ensenada dentist
A wonderful dentist is Dr. Jose Arturo Ramos Nova (Phone: 646-177-3440). He works long hours, NEVER seems tired, is very kind, gentle, sensitive,
warm AND competent. His clientele is mostly Mexican (an excellent sign, eh?), but more and more of us gringos are discovering him. Everyone I know
who has been to him raves as I do. If you need something done beyond his expertise, he will refer you to a specialist. His English is limited but he
knows teeth!

Thanks Neal..........yes, one and the same. He once came in on a Sat. and took care of me when I drove down from Seattle without an appt.....his
office was being remodeled and his staff was on vacation, but, he used his Dad's office (same plaza) and called his sister in (also a dentist) to work
on me....................how many have ever had an American dentist to that?!
Carlos's specialty is cosmetic, Migueal does the "dental" work. They both are great........as I mentioned, no braces though.
Mean people suck!

Price of a Crown ...
Dr. Carlos made me TWO crowns ... and I'm due to pick them up next week. Temps in place now ...
Price ..... $375. DOLLARS each
Root canals ... $200.
Post .............. $80.
They do good work together ...

Bajabound gave you the best of the best, Dr Gallegos, my wife had some work priced in th US it was going to be between $8000 and $10000 dollars the
work performed by Dr Gallegos was superb. Cost $1800 oh yes we could have got it cheaper from a few others, but I'm not sure of the quality? he is a
bit pricy in comparison to other Dentist in Mexico, but great work.
They are Graduates of Loma Linda in th US.
