Registration Problems no password sent

Hello,

I'm new to Baja Nomad and wanted to thank everyone for a great site.

I wound up having to register three times because passwords were not sent out. MPienta and IPerfuseU are usernames that never received passwords. The site administrator is welcome to delete these.

Thanks for your time.
Michael

Well, this one worked for you! You are only allowed one username on Nomad... although a few have more than one because they forgot their password and re-registered.

Yes, tell us what it is about Baja California that does it for you!

Aboput Myself

Hello,

Baja Nomad -- What a Great Site!

I discovered Baja In the early 90's making several, solo, trips to La Ventana (South of La Paz) for winter windsurfing.

Fifteen years later, a wife and two kids, I'm feeling the need to return on a regular basis. I missed a golden opportunity to purchase beach front property in 1993 and still regret it.

I've taken my family to the East Cape, a couple of years ago, and want my kids to continue to experience the Baja culture. (Non materialistic, family-centered living. ) We take so much for granted, in the States, and I want my children to "live" the other perspective.

I'm planning on heading down to Muleje/Loreto sometime in March 2009, but specific locations are subject to change.

I may be driving my RV down and could may be looking for someone to drive it back from Loreto to Sacramento, Ca. I'm planning on driving one way and flying back. Anyone interested? I'm pretty "mellow" and wouldn't be opposed to someone using my RV for a month before they drive back North. "Just don't F--k it Up!"

Til next time,

Michael

No need to disparage the "new" forum software we've been using (& has been working fine) for over six years now.

There is no user "IPerfuseU" registered. It appears you used the email address "IPefuseU@" instead of "IPerfuseU@" for the username "MPienta".

The only people that don't see the password emails sent are those that enter the wrong email address, or have an ISP that filters the email either into a spam folder or out from their system altogether (sometimes AOL still does this).

I didn't say I was competent

Hey Doug,

I didn't mean to disparage your Message Board. I also have a user name of MPienta but no pass word was sent. I thought there may be other potential members having the same problem.

Regards,
Michael

Again, board rules are only one user name per person... perhaps why you didn't get a second password?

Glad you got this one to work! Now, how about some Baja conversation?

Hey Michael, where ya from ?
15 years ago in La Ventana I was a tall, muscular, good-looking dude working on my duck jibes and tacks; before kids, what a memory !!
I wouldn't recognize myself now !! :lol::lol::lol:
