a couple of years ago when passing through on motorbikes we stopped and the guy showed us around. he made sure to show us the unmarked mass grave where indigenous/slaves who built the mission were buried.
i wonder if they were allowed to enter the christen/catholic heaven? or simply are burning in hell for not believing.

The machine pieces in José's yard are mining equipment brought down from San Juan. If that is what you are asking about. The mine pretty much closed up during the 1910-1911 revolution. Their age may be up to 20 years earlier?

Where is another one? Senterfitt's (Airports of Baja) and the Air Baja books only have shown the one in the valley south of the mission.
