Punta Bufeo House For Sale

I have an 1800 sq. ft., two bedroom, two bath house for sale on the beach in Punta Bufeo. That's about ten miles north of Gonzaga Bay on the Sea of Cortez. Includes a 960 sq. ft. garage with half bath and kitchen, 20' boat, bikes, quads, truck, large solar system and lots of goodies. $200k for full turn key.
I can make photos available. U2U me if interested. I'm not in any rush, just thot I'd put it out there.

Yup, functional and licensed. Dirt, but there is a guy here that waters and rolls it when needed. Can't remember the length, but a friend uses it with his Cessna 340 all the time.

Hey captainkettel - Yeah, looks like we have some mutual interests....
It's just that we've had a place here for many years and it's getting close to time to move on. We'll still do a lot of Baja trips, but more exploring areas we haven't been to in years and less time hanging around on one beach. Whatever, just when I get my price, we'll bail. No rush, it's still the best thing going. You need to stop by on your next trip.

I got an email from scatter- this is a lovely set up and he has done a great job of having all the toys necessary to having a great time in Baja. The photos he sends are really beautiful and make yesterday's snow in DC all the more disagreeable.

always liked that spot and runway except when wind blows.

Bufeo seemed to think the strip did not get renewed and was being abandoned.
if not that is good news.
i'll check it out next time south.

I hadn't seen Mike's reply. Mike is correct in that I "thought" that the paperwork was not going well, but I was wrong and the folks there at Pta Bufeo carried through and "got 'er done".
