Sounds like you have enough stuff to set up a swap meet in your area .... you just might have a lot of neighbors that want to unload too :bounce:

i am the mother of garage sales...however, it is not allowed where i live. THAT'S one reason i want out of here. yes, we have huge swap meets here, and i bring stuff whenever i can...and there is still more. i'm sure if i brought it to baja, people would grab it up...however...

Americans with the correct visa... ie. FM-2 or FM-3.

FM-T means 'tourist'... You are in Mexico, on a vacation... You cannot leave any personal property behind in Mexico, when you go home. (that would include selling your property for money)

Yah, I know... most start the process of being legal by renting or buying in Mexico on an FM-T... but they have no legal rights, until they get the correct visa to be a part-time resident... instead of a tourist.

Yes, but you must have the proper permits first. Check with immigration in your area.

Whoever started this post should have let everybody know it was cancelled by last night at the latest. I know a few people that drove for several hours to get there and are going to be VERY disapointed.
