Mama Anita Espinoza will be 102 this October 16, 2009. She is a very humble lady who would never call herself an Icon so I will because I know her to
be one of the most beautiful human beings in the world. To me she is the closest thing to a saint that I know.
The City of Ensenada and the State of Baja California thinks she a pretty good gal too.

David, I see many times the two different spellings for Mama Espinoza/ Espinosa... Event the two awards have the different spellings... books, and
even Espinoza's business has had the two ways painted on their signs... Do you know which one is correct or does it not really matter to the family?

When I go to El Rosario on October 13, 2009, I plan on asking Mama who or why their last name "Espinoza" was mispelled on the front sign of the
restaurant. David K. the correct spelling is Espinoza!
