Club Campestre

Anyone ever heard of this place? I have been looking at retiring at some places around this simply because I have a buddy that plays down at this course and says it's amazing.

I believe that is the new course across from Mega by the toll toad in San Jose del Cabo. I don't golf, but it looks like a nice course.

My only advise, at this stage of the game, is to buy something already constructed. no matter where.

All of these developments are hurting for cash and would love to have yours so be careful.

edit to add
Yes that is the name of the course in front of Mega in San Jose

In most all big or even slightly big cities in Mexico the first golf course that was built there is called Club Campestre. There is a club campestre in Tijuana on Blvd. Agua Caliente. I played there and it is a very nice old course.

That is true, Lips
When I first saw this thread, I thought it was about the restaurant in La Paz. That word goes a long way.

Not only is it a nice course with reasonably priced homes, you would have some great neighbors to boot...

I actually had the chance to go play at Club Campestre.. not too $$ and wow.. the golf was amazing. Wife had a great time at the spa. Very funny that it has the same name as a place in TJ. The place I was talking about was a place my wife and I are retiring to in Cabo San Lucas.
