Here is your guy:
Jim Beaulieu (sp?) runs an RV storage yard in La Paz on the road to the airport. He has a simi truck that is very appropriate for towing your trailer. I know he tows big boats etc. up and down the pinnensula. Very reliable, his e-mail address is storagemx@yahoo.com

Phone (612) 124-6504 fax (612) 124-6737 We have kept a trailer there for years with great success. Tell him Tom and Paula Day sent you.

No b-tchin\' in the Baja.

You could also talk to Arturo at Ma Williams Mobile Homes. Last exit north to the free road to TJ. 1st street to the right.

He is a really nice guy and I've known him for years.
You could also talk to Zavala Trucking, just up the street from me. Pass Don Pisto and it's on the right before Mercado del Mar. These guys gave me a great deal when I was moving all the Titanic stuff.

When we looked into towing one south,

I think ther quote was around $10,000.00 u.s. not including paying local police and federal caminos for the assistance that would be needed, street and mountain closures, etc.
What steered us away, besides the cost, was Arturo asking about mobile homes in a hurricane!:light::lol:

i have a friend that will do it

for a very reasonable daily stipend plus expenses, you provide the truck - it is easy and he has thousands of miles of baja driving, is a seasoned mech and fluent spanish.
