avienda internacional repaving


Forgot to mention on my trip Thrusday that Av. Internacional is being repaved. The westbound lanes were being done then, as only one lane was open and the off ramps from the border gates were closed. You may have to go through downtown on Juarez to get to the toll road or Playas. Probably a long way to go on this project, as they haven't gone up the hill yet with the grinder yet.:!:
