Its not soy sauce, its ponzu sauce, and we dont use wasabi, the spiciness comes from the serrano slices.

WOW !!

You had me with the Tuna.
The shrimp and venison and filet all look wonderful.
But the lamb tenderloin is making me very, very, very hungry !! :yes:

If I had any friends, I'd send them all to 3D !!! :lol:

That settles it. We have to drive up to La Paz the week after Carnival to sign some paperwork. First things first though...we have to eat in your restaurant!
