we're baaaaack!!!!!!!! Screaming Airlines that is

after endless wrangling with Qwest and their LAME decison to change to web based MS servers back in Oct which forced us all to change biz and private email addys as well as lose our so called free hosting.....:smug:

i finally got around to updating the old Fly Baja site:

http://www.screamingairlines.com

and my REALLY SERIOUS income producing....(in this economy...yeah, right....:lol:) business site:

http://www.comanchebuilders.com

both are up running but still under construction as i transfer stuff.

some of you may see yourselves on the baja site.
if you don't want to be on there - email me along with a check for just $19.95 and i will promptly remove your image, or change your name to an alias.

but wait!! there's more - pay just $19.95 more AND I'LL DOUBLE THE OFFER!!!

Good job Mike. Best 0f luck getting the underlying back on the black side of things.

just need a little bit of...less gov't growth and intrusion and Obama taxation, and a bit more of Jeffersonian democracy and free enterprise and markets to adjust.

kind of like a "buy and hold" deal.

simply have to outlast the doom and get ready for bloom.

i feel very fortunate that i have been able to survive this, well so far anyway. many are hurtin' bad with this snafu. on the street, living in cars.

history can teach us plenty but you have to read it and pay attention to its lessons. The revisionists will do all they can to ruin that precept.:smug:

Hey Mike!

Really liked the Santa Fe style home. Any chance on seeing a floor plan?

Mike,

Some very nice homes. I especially like the "territorial" homes aswell. You do have two shown on the website.

Have any of the builders over there started back up? We are seeing builders starting new projects in SD County.

Good luck with your new ventures!

Ken

plans

Ken - no, not really - still in the toilet big time here. too many foreclosures adding pressure on inventories. some tract builders are starting back on low end product but little high end activity and no one is doing new PADs or PUDs
the lot inventory remains too high to pencil on scraping vacant desert.

Dave - do you mean this one? if so - yes i have the plans, when can we get started??:bounce:

hey - for some reason the add pic section is not here?
if you meant the one built at Ironwood Retreat then yes, i have it.
