weird fog on ARR to mulege last week

my right seater Nick de Denver shot these when we came over from Guaymas friday 7th on a Sams clinic adventure. the fog bank rolled in about 10 min before our 1st attempt at landing so we had to divert 10 miles north to Palo Verdes and wait it out - or risk a very bad day... we waited about 30 min and then took off to try again.
the second time worked but as you'll see in the last vid of a minute 10 it was close as the edge danced closer and almost rolled over it again before we got in safe.

Here's some links to the Baja videos on YouTube:

admittedly it is not for all.
i have had some who exclaim - "wow!! when can we go again?":bounce:
and others who say, "don't ever ask me to do that again!!" ... after some :barf:
hahaha.

i flew right seat 3 weeks ago for a checkout to put a friend back on my insurance and got so sick myself i had to halt the session and no more 60 degree banked turns. it was because i was not in control and my senses could not deal with it. weird.
