you didn't mention that the proprietor of the surf forecasting service showed up with a brigade of pros and had the courtesy to bring jet skis and provide shuttle service back up the point while us mere mortals were paddling against one of the worst currents I've seen there

it's been a spring of very good surf here...rarely under 8'....the kids were surfing in ensenadita yesterday our by our place...cool.

I got some super clean 9 Palms at a couple feet overhead last week. Lots of jellyfish near the shoreline.
