That was Dick Zalusky's home years ago. Nice big structure on a nice wide sand beach.

How much is the annual lease? How many lots do you have?

Haven't had a bad trip yet....

Thanks for the info on ATT cell service. Do you know if HughesNet or any other internet service works in the area or if any nearby businesses have wi-fi? Ron

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

This house for sale again, $35,000

We last posted it for sale in 2010, I think. It was taken off the market but is back on the market at a bargain price, just $35,000. (The owner is moving soon to Montana so getting to Baja is going be impractical.) Great house on the beach, on two lots. Yearly lease is $600 per lot. An adjacent lot is also available. For further information, contact the owner, Steve Brosz at bajasteve43@yahoo.com or at 209-256-4861. Thanks.

Price reduced to $30,000.

The owner, Steve Brosz, just asked me to post it. Great house, a real bargain. Only $30,000!
