That was Dick Zalusky's home years ago. Nice big structure on a nice wide sand beach.
How much is the annual lease? How many lots do you have?
Haven't had a bad trip yet....

I have 3 lots. The lease is 500 per lot per year...

We do get cell service. AT&T works well.

My neighbor has Internet I think it's Hughs net.

We last posted it for sale in 2010, I think. It was taken off the market but is back on the market at a bargain price, just $35,000. (The owner is
