I have some vacation rentals and one long term house with water view, very quiet, secure, with tons of parking space. The long term house won't be available for another two weeks, but when it is done it will have a private soaking tub under the stars, new paint, tile, and room for guests for around 350 a month on a one year lease.

There is also a possibility of utilizing the property as a vacation rental to offset your expenses, while you are not in Mulege, through my rental company.

Cheers and welcome to Mulege.
