Tres Virgenes Exploratory Trip

We just went last week to stay at the "lodge" and walk around the area, view sheep, and see thermal activity.

That's part of the reason I posted this, ie, for us to know how to do it and for them to raise money for the ejido. Do you have any suggestions on how else to "advertise" this place?

Baja Nomad is the #1 source for current Baja information...

There are other forums where from reading, I can tell people there do not know about Baja Nomad. One will not even let you post the words Baja Nomad or links to here...! So, just post your trip report web page links on the other forums.

I have many listed in my site, on this page: http://vivabaja.com/davidsmessage.html Do make your post sound like a trip report and not an ad for the ejido, etc.

wonderful report ... really loved all the info but I am a bit surprised at the lack of bighorn sightings ... esp since that is the point of the trip, or it would be for me at least ..... I am glad you walked it - you guys are troopers and I am duly impressed.

Come visit La Bocana

Thanks for the excellent report. I've driven past many times and wondered about what was there. I will certainly go now that I know there's a support system back there. Climbing one of the volcans sounds like a lot of fun...
