I was pretty stoked and amazed to find this hand painted porcelain sign in the brush off the side of the road, not a bullet hole,bend or surf logo on it! not only one of the original iconic surf spots but you old timers will remember the classic surf band of the 60's the "challengers" with a hit single and album called "K39".
I always thought it would be cool to have autographed but most the members I believe have left us.
so keep looking, there's still some nuggets out there to be found ;)

Km 74 is the La Salina Marina and Cantina. (great margies:bounce:)

Please also consider the edit of Km 78 to Bajamar / Jatay

Jatay is planned to have a (legal) road go through the hills to the winery road.
