no pics, other than it is cleaner than the average trailer

You probably won't be a serious buyer unless you are around Mulege to look at in person.

may have a buyer, but cash talks.

I was just around the Mulege area (Loreto) and will not be back until the 3rd week in March. If it is still available, I will come and take a look then. This will need to be moved to Loreto. When was the last time it was on the road and for what distance?

Might be gone....

Mike...Cuesta charges around 200 a month with pool, water, sewer, power, internet, security, etc, etc. You can assume the lease and enjoy the several thousand dollars of improvements on the lot (concrete pad, plants, storage room).

Bump....lots of lookers but no cash yet.

This is possibly the cheapest housing solution in the whole Mulege area....two bedrooms with all services and pool for 4,000 and a lease. Some possibility of moving the trailer to riverfront which gives a great view as well, but possible problems if mother nature gets upset. (you could move it to the river for winter and store it in back of the park for the summer, I think - up for discussion with Pepe and Sandra)
