To Mike Odell- they don't have to be ex-wives to get that look- my current and only wife and all past girlfriends react and look exactly the same when visiting a jewelry store!!

In Bahia 60 this morning, mid 60s now, cloudy and actually had a dozen raindrops or so this morning. Nice and warm the last few days, though.

In San Diego we are awaiting the COLDEST FEBRUARY DAY IN HISTORY... tomorrow!

The big front is moving in tonight bringing an expected 1 1/3 inch of rain to the coast (Oceanside/ San Diego) and 2 1/4 inches inland (Escondido/ El Cajon)... and a strange cell is going to be right over the county that will cause temps. to drop crazy with a snow level at 1,500' with possible dusts of snow much lower!

This morning it is dark with rain clouds filling the sky.

This was taken yesterday morning from the back deck, looking up at the Sierra as a storm rolled in. Today it's dumping snow.... Baja in a month and a half. The sun and sand will be a welcome relief. Jim

Next week driving to SF to LA to look at schools for my youngest and then to Palm Springs for a Tennis Tournament. Question?: Tundra or Porsche. I aint driving the grapevine in the Porsche during a snow storm. And it will snow up there! Sorry little lady, we may be tooling Palm Springs in Dads Baja rig!
