Well...you sure got decent rooms. You accept atm-other? Bajanomad discount?

Now...this boat ramp...concrete?

One more thing.....hows the weather down here during June? We are doing a long run in June. Good luck with this adventure of yours.

We may be visiting/staying with you come mid July. Because you allow pets, that sealed the deal.

Until then,

Hey Bobby, I've had 3 people ask me about a place to stay recently and I'm up north so can't call on the radio. Your web site is down so would you post your phone number and what hours/days you'll be open?

Email Ken. He usually responds within 24 hours or less. I got the feeling that he checks email about every four hours or so. After all, he's running a hotel and restaurant and providing other services for guests. He cant just sit in front of a computer. I also get the feeling that internet access is somewhat limited out there.

No, they have Hughes Net and actually pretty good service. We play music there every other Friday night. We will be playing this Friday night from 6 on because of a special group.

The Hotelito is open as well as the restaurant.

There have been many events at Hotelito recently. Or the restaurant there. The Pasada de Las Flores is a whole other ball game. Newest rumor I heard was that Slim's people are interested in it. As far as I know, not very much now, the Hacienda will take reservations. Plans to build four rentals two arroyos over from me have been approved and construction to start soon. Even some one showed some interest in my .85 acre lot last month.
