The Saga Continues

now it's tomorrow
my plight hasn't changed
the only thing different
im a little more deranged

talked to the mechanic
my trip is on hold
this is because
I need a new manifold

I knew it was noisy
and loud very true
but couldn't it be fixed
with some friggen glue

it's a dodge/mitsubishi
manifolds not to be found
fords and toyotas
they come by the pound

so sitting here waiting
for the bad news of course
after this here adventure
I'm riding a horse:lol:

Classic....

Except it is usually more fun when this happens while you stuck in some wonderful remote spot and it gives you an excuse to stay there.

In your case you're stuck at home:(

But at least it's still Baja!:light::D

Theres a reason for this Jr, having delayed your trip probably made you miss the exact time when you and a Baja cow decided to cross the same spot of road at the same moment.

KARMA+ for you.

Awh....Geeze JR...

I feel for ya.....I've been calling and calling the guy that rebuilt my 4Runner...(as I'm sure you know, I had to have it rebuilt again on my trip south, another $1700)...he keeps saying he'll call me back (hasn't happened, this morning I called him again, he didn't answer his cell phone, I left a message, and one at his business phone....it's now 3:50pm, still no return call.....my next call was to get info. to file a law suit (I think I've make enough calls and gotten blown off?...) I also have transmission problems and got a quote for that, another $2700!......This is the icing on the cake! I called my phone company to request a record of my phone calls (figure I may need that in court to prove how many times I've called this joker, and when) and I'm told that I have to have a supoienia (sp?) to get my own phone records! I call the small claimes court and am told that I can't get a supoienia without a judges order???? Guess I have to go to the first hearing and then , maybe, maybe!, I can get my own records! Oh, the court clerk told me that it seemed strange that the phone company wouldn't give them to me....There are MY RECORDS! :fire:
