A nice visit with Don and Nancy Johnson today.

i just spent a few hours with the Johnsons touring our development in San Diego, they came up from TJ to look at our TowneHomes today, from Mulege yesterday. They are in fantastic spirits and excited about the fall return of all their friends and BBPers to the Serenidad. As Jack says - it's bidness as usual!! (Don even paid my utilities bills over the summer months while my plane was down and i couldn't get down to hit dorados!) What a bunch of the nicest people you'll ever want to meet!! Let's all try and get south to mulege often this year. Viva Hotel Serenidad!

Glad to hear that it's working out. Once all the confusion settles we could suggest a merger between the folks at Cielito Lindo in San Quintin and the Serenidad for the Saturday night pig roast. But, come to think of it, I guess Porky wouldn't look good on a spit. Sniff!!??

Great news Mike

And I will remind everyone again. The gringo gazzette is run by some pretty snobbish folks that know very little about Mexico and Baja. It doesn't stop them from constant rudeness and a disrespect for the Mexican people though.
True gringos indeed!!
Very good to start those apple wood coals for smoking the fish though.
