BOLA Hotels
We're going to break up the drive from Mulege to OC with a stop in BOLA on the way back. We need A/C and would prefer a place with a pool. Any
suggestions?

Thanks for the info; actually, we used to go there many years ago (in the '80s) and stay at a place called Via Vita; they used to have a great pool
but I wasn't sure if it was still there, let alone whether the pool still was being used. A/C is the biggest requirement (which Via Vita didn't have
all night since they used to turn the power off in town from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am). Do they still do that in town?

BoLA has TWO Pemex stations and 24 hour electricity these days... AND.....the main street is paved

Villa Vita has/ had a pool... and I heard the pool night light isn't correctly grounded (no surprise in Mexico... what's GFI?), so don't swim when it
is turned on!

You do realize that:
A) a circuit can be correctly grounded without GFCI
B) GFCI outlets do not need to be grounded. They work by detecting a difference in current between hot and neutral.
In other words, they are two separate issues?

Hands down! Villa Bahia
this is the most perfect place to stay at. town is a few miles nearby as Daggets is too. This place has internet, library, cook....and all your needs
for any sort of outdoor activity. Very neat rooms.
