Winter Tecate Motel?? Or nearby desert


Between South trips we live in La Mision. Would like a cold weather hideaway for a few days at a time. Small posada and hopefully reasonable..Let me know..Thanks...Lalo:?::?:

Maybe some more details so we can assist?

La Mision and Tecate are both in the Pacific northwest of Baja... both would be 'cold' during cold weather. Are you seeking a warm place (you mentioned desert)? The deserts of northern Baja are pretty cold in the winter at times, too.

There is a home for sale on the beach at Bahia de los Angeles (Beach Bob's, see post by Paulina). Otherwise, I suggest you look to Baja Sur if you want warm in the winter... closer to the Tropic of Cancer.

Thanks for the responses....What we need in the winter is "EL SOL" Temp really isn't that much of an issue..Just a change of scenery and new folks to speak with. we were missionaries for 10 years in Guatemala and do really enjoy sunshine Dec. thru April...Anymore advice is appreciated..Thanks again...Lalo::yes:

Then San Felipe south to Cabo... anywhere along the Sea of Cortez will be mostly sunny in the winter!
