Great shots

Thanks for posting / sharing.

A rare thing in today's world . . . so much unoccupied coastline. Even I would strap my fanny on a 4 wheeler for that ride !

Brings back memories of a favorite ride. After house sitting for Shari and Juan during Semana Santa nearly 5 years ago I continued south on my trusty KLR650. I was on the salt flats between La Bocana and Abreojos with no one else in sight, perfect sunny day, warm with a little tail wind. The estuary and dunes were to my right and the road was smooth as silk. Standing up on the pegs I thought to myself that I would gladly ride a hundred miles of washboard to experience that perfect riding moment.

That beach is beautiful and where we went down to it from the road southbound from Asuncion to La Bocana/ Abreojos, found it made of sea shells... lots of sea shells!
