Mood: Have Baja Fever

[*] posted on 5-22-2013 at 05:50 PM

The thread has only been inactive for 3-4 weeks... This is not the Turtle thread (that was closed)... This is about the good Nomads who have been under attack for not allowing a thug to push them off a beach that he wants, and has already ruined half of, with his derelict hotel!

If you care Ralph, I had three jobs today... been busy the past 3 weeks, for a change! That doesn't prevent me from sharing GOOD news to my Nomad family and friends...

Hey thats good news. The work that is....otherwise I've heard enough about how a hamburger and beer gets you NOMAD "A" status. I still say they are stealing the land (and homes) from others the same AS Munoz is trying to do. SO you can have your burger and beer, I will go elsewhere for fish tacos and we can let this thing die.

What good news are you talking about? I already stated that it was just a play on words. There was no truth to any of it. I posted that 12 hours after my original post. And now you come up with this 'comforting news' a month later.

Regarding ramuma: things must not be going well for him in this matter. He never misses an opportunity to turn up the screws when there is information at hand.

The only problem with Playa Buenaventura is that it faces more or less north. The winter north winds that plague Bahia Concepcion almost the majority of the time hit it full force. COLD!!

South facing beaches with hills behind are much better.

Just to put things straight

I have been working with the Federal Government to close the Olivia and Nark business forever.
Federal Government is putting all the Estates governments in order like the South Baja who is supporting organized crime and not only supporting it, they became their weapon.

Today, all the accusations they threw to me have been dropped because I was issued Federal protection against the Estate arbitrary acts and I was issued the federal protection because the arbitrary acts were proved in a court of federal law.

It was proved that he judge who issued the order for my arrest was the accuser’s brother and the lady who made the claim does not exist and nobody know her.
Also that they did not provide absolutely no legal proof about their property or even a single technical proof that allowed the judge to assume that they had a legal right.
It was all a fabrication to try to stop me from publicly saying that the South Baja Estate government was supporting drug dealers and later that clai8m was supported by the Estate Policeman in a public paper.

Now we are working in a developing plan to build a real tourist place there with Fonatur with Federal government and Federal Congress support and funds; they know about the Olivia and Nark illegal activities and have them documented; it is a matter of a little more time to clean the whole region from that pest; we will clean from the Estate district attorney down to Olivia and Nark, Pan political party criminal time is gone forever.
They tell me it is no good just disposing of Olivia and Nark alone, they are small fish, they want to take the big fishes with them and they do not care what they do; they will go with their official partners in the Estate Government as high as needed and can be proved.
Just for the record:
I claimed I would take all my people out of jail without charges and I did.
I claimed that I will go free without charges and I did.
I tell you now that organized crime and Olivia and Nark will be eradicated form Baja and will happen soon, very soon.

Mr.Munoz, please stop the BS. Tell me how you show up and claim ownership. I have seen all your papers! Why wait to till some one shows up and improves something then you claim you have owned it before you were voting age? Have not met you but your wife Sandra and your kids give me the impression that you are not above board and your partner Mr.Corona(RIP) I been staying there since the early 90's

Since you have seen all my papers you answered your own question, my papers are:

A clear private property title issued by the Federal government.
Public registry inscriptions.
Proof o clear and public possession since 1992.
Hotel operation under my name since 2002 with all sorts of official licenses.
National Hotel association on my name since 2002 till today.
Recognition to federal judge by the Agrarian tribunal that the ejido does not affect my property.
Recognition by the Ejido la Purisima of my property borders and papers since 1985.

I do not claim ownership, I am publicly and legally the owner.

Compare that with Olivia who have:
A lease contract with the Ejido La Purisima.
Notary’s scripture expressing her acceptance that she do not own anything in the hotel.
Her Public acceptance in writing and in front of a public official that she knows me as the legal owner.

For your information, I was directing Playa Encantada in Rosarito when I was 17 years old, also giving karate classes at the Heroic National Army school and studying Physics and mathematics.

I claimed that land when I was 19 years old and working at the Secret Service, when I came to Bahía Concepción invited my Mr. Jimenez the owner of el Coyote and the Jersey dairy company in Tijuana; at that time, nobody wanted that land and was completely free of any occupation, I paid the Federal government for the land in 1992.

At that time, I was working for the Federal government as military intelligence with a Sargento primero military grade, what you know as sergeant major.

Latter I received other confidential military commissions as I proved on documents I have shown in this forum; documents where the Defense department say I am an honest person that must be helped in any way on my military commission; very young I also worked on security matters for the Mexico national congress and as security advisor for several congressmen and congresswomen.

Yes, I started working very seriously very Young, but my career is clear and public knowledge, a fact that was recognized when Rosarito people nominated me as Senate candidate on the 2000 elections.

At 18, I was already directing big businesses and working on very serious matters all over Mexico and latter founded a political party in Rosarito, founded several civil associations and directed a Estate Newspaper the ABC.

Concerning Mr. Corona, he was never my partner, I only advised him on how o protect Castillos del Mar his property from Ejido Mazatlán intent on taking his property; we never had any common businesses; he was my friend and that is it, as most of the street merchants in Rosarito are for the same reason as him, I helped them to protect their properties.

Yes, I know now that Mr. Corona had a brother that was related to the Arellano Felix family (one of 7 brothers) while another of his brothers was Commerce Chamber president and Tijuana major adviser and all the other brothers are respected merchants in Tijuana, his personal businesses were Castillos del mar and the Corona hotel chain; He was always struggling for money for his hotels so he was never in any shady business that I know or belonged to organized crime and he died while playing football on a public field from a heart attack and in deep debt.

Concerning Eddie, I have tried to help him but Olivia turned him in to a junky and every people in Mulege know this for sure.

Concerning Clinite, Thad Braxton and Mr. Stan Valentine, you are wrong, the one who is occupying those hoses is Olivia, not me; she got them through a fraudulent Agrarian ruling that I am voiding at this time; for somebody who have been staying there for so long you are very wrongly informed.

So, you have a beach resort hotel that you could make a shining example of how you can operate a tourist business... and instead it has become a dump and deserted. As you harass your neighbors, you help ruin the whole bay from anyone going there.

Why not play it smart, repair and open the hotel, have your own restaurant and bar and try to be the better businessman? The people will go to the better establishment or they will enjoy both your motel and Olivia's cantina... win-win.

It is time to grow up and stop the sand throwing... life is too short and this method of yours adds zero to the tourist experience... your potential customers and income. Make Playa Buenaventura a wonderful destination resort not a battleground.

Diana T
I no longer live in Tijuana, I live in Mexico city where I have today a land development at 3380 Periferico Sur, Jardines del Pedregal; I will not return to Baja until PAN crooks come out of office.

I do not own money to anybody; if I needed money I would sell one of my properties or offer it as collateral and I only ask for money from Banks.

I personally know Jorge Hank Ron through one of my friends, Mr. Miguel Del Rio Torres the owner of the Uno Gaming casino chain; Mr. Hank Ron does not lend money to anybody and I consider him friendly to me because of many common friends and no common businesses.

I am alive, at least I think so and if your source is Eddie, you must know that he since he became a junky on Olivia’s drugs, he is most of the time crazy and incoherent; at least anybody know you cannot believe him on any serious matter even when he is friendly, because if you believe him, then you believe he is working for the Mexican president and the Federal police, his favorite illusions.
