We built this one for our group---open air!

When we left we just torched it and buried it all:

This is my favorite. Why close in the walls when in the middle of nowhere? Keep the wind blowing all odors away.

Old people are like the old cars, made of some tough stuff. May show a little rust, but good as gold on the inside.

Papas Gonzaga camp KNEE KNOCKER

The first time I used one of Papa's knee knockers there was a black widow spider in the middle of a web right under the rim.

The worst has to be at Don Chon's Camp in San Ignacio though.

For the BEST category, the rest stop on Hwy1 at KM35, just north of the Rosarito toll booth, is stunning. Marble tile floor to ceiling, marble tiled stalls and granite sinks. Wow, where did that money come from???

Did not have my camera with me yesterday.

That stop is usually where the coffee asks for release at the 90 minute mark of my drive north to San Diego. Yes, I'm a Free Road to Aeropuerto guy to access Otay crossing vs. Blvd 2000.

Outhouses at "Campo Don Alvaro", La Chorera San Quintin

[img][/img]What makes these outhoses so special is that they were constructed on the edge of a cliff overlooking the ocean. As you sit down for your "morning glory" you have a very cool ocean breeze on your backside.

OK, here's my contribution to this thread!

And, this sign was next to it. My dog, Luke, wasn't happy about it.
