Great wall, Shari and Juan-----good stone masons are few and far between. Do you still have the Trooper??? My 1989 4 banger stick-shift is still going strong and approaching 200K miles-------love that vehicle!!!!

We are on Trooper 4 now I think....yes, stone takes a special concentration, patience, dedication and artistry.

Bernie, Jamie will still have to mime the gate till we figure out what to put there. Metal is difficult because of our salt air and wood gets moist too...hmmm.

It has taken a few years of rock collecting to get this far and we still have a long way to go...rock by rock...anyone wanting to come down and help throw rocks in a truck is welcome...jajajajaja

Being invited to help pick rocks was one of the few times I didn't feel like a tourist. It was among the highlights of my trip, please thank Juan again for letting me come along!

I'd go pick rocks as long as you provide a 6 pack. Good exercise. Someday I shall.

Quite a bit of change that Juan made since we stayed there past December.

Juan has quite an instinct for fishing as well as being a mason.
