How to read U2U messages ?



I have a U2U message. How do I read it ? I punched "U2U inbox" but nothing happened. Thanks for the reply. RRC

Click on where it says


you have a u2u message in the top right corner.

Please make certain:

A) You're in the popup for U2Us. - the default screen is your inbox.

B) If you're not in the popup, please disable any popup blocking software.

C) If you're in the inbox, and the U2U still isn't there, I'll need to access your user interface to further diagnose the problem.
