Otay Mesa Sentri Pedestrian Lane?

I have searched the forums but I couldn't find any direct information on a Otay Mesa Sentri Pedestrian Lane. I have googled and there seems to be one but I rather hear from the Nomads with first hand knowledge

I will be flying into tijuana airport and be walking across the otay mesa border.

Is there a otay mesa Sentri Pedestrian lane? if so, any tips on how to get to it?

Yup, it's there

Just to the east (right) of the vehicle SENTRI lane

There will be a covered pedestrian walkway/sidewalk, just go to the front of the line. There will be signs

As Bajaguy said, there are signs at the front of the line. There are 2 entrances at the front of the line; the right side is for the "general population" and the left side is for SENTRI (both of these are before you go into the actual building). It's awesome; you won't believe how quickly you'll get through.
