? New member registration ?

I have a friend that has been trying to register for 3 days and gets a error message that the allowable number of registration has been reached for today. Or some thing to that effect. What's up with that?

My friend who lost her dog is unable to join Nomads, too
... but if she reads this thread she may decide the initiation hazing is too much!

Her words, or something like them were, "Nomads seem like an active and lively group."
... she's in for a surprise me'thinkz.

Well, I guess it was removed? I searched multiple times... I u2u'd Doug for help.
The registering resets at a certain time GMT for new members to join, by having a limit, it restricts phony spammers from filling the site. Other sites ask you to descramble a code that computers can't read to register.

Overall, I've had lots of problems just getting to the Nomad forums this week. It is taking multiple clicks; not so with other websites. Have there been technical issues in the recent past?

My AVG linkscanning software has been showing the "Today's Post" link as unfindable, recently.

Same problem here! My wife has been trying to register as a new member . . . same message about the maximum number exceeded for the day and to try again in 24 hours. About 10 times since January of this year.
Please advise! :?:
