San Felipe snowbird rental

Our family has a beachfront home that is a couple of blocks from the malecon. It has a remodeled mobile home, plus two independent hotel-style rooms with each having four beds (two of them are actually one bunk bed). Accommodations are somewhat rustic, but it is in a huge gated area, forming a big compound, and includes significant green areas. It has the typical: sundeck, beach shower, four roofed parking slots+, a state-of-the-art security system, internet, etc.

We are looking for someone who will come down during the winter and consider it a second home. Price is flexible depending on the arrangement.

If interested, email me at hotmail. My login is the same as my username on this thread. Or send me a private message.

Thanks for looking.
