Memorial Day Border mess?

Hello Nomads,

I have to cross North at San Ysidro by foot this Memorial Day Monday unfortunately, and was wondering just how bad I could expect it to be at 9 in the A.M?

I think you`ll be fine. No school and fewer workers, BUT don`t be late!!!! 9AM should get you over before the huge jam that will occur later!

Exactly what I had in mind. I believe the majority of foot traffic, especially in the morning, is going to work, so there shouldn't be a problem on Monday.
