Looks really good. Just hope they are able to make it, inasmuch as there is such stiff competition along the malecon.

That is Scallop Carpaccio (scallop sashimi) in lemon, herbed extra virgin olive oil and drizzled with tequila.

Will try it the next time in Lap. just wonder how much the draft is watered down at 15 pesos. Will still go down nice on a hot day with a spicy pizza.
