The food at Sabor tastes even better than it looks on the website.

Already decided I'm having pulled pork next time (and I'm usually the one who's still reading the menu while everyone else is eating). But if the ceviche is a "family recipe", it's going to be a hard decision because Mariz comes from the part of Mexico where they know how to do ceviche. So it might require an overnight stay while I'm deciding. Wish we lived closer!

This lovely family makes the place extra special. You won't meet nicer folks.

And place an order to pick up from her bakery before you visit. I'm telling you her Honey wheat bread is the best on the planet and the cinnamon rolls melt in your mouth.

What a nice thing to say oladulce!

Unfortunately, to get my baked goods you'll have to come to the restaurant. I'm not taking online orders, at least for now. We think it best to focus on Sabor and produce the best food and service possible.

Looking forward to seeing you again!

OK, tried this restaurant last night and as expected it did not dissapoint. The setting was beautiful, food and service were exceptional and even the full moon rose over the ocean during dinner. My wife had the Southwestern Chimichangas which were great, I had the Pulled Pork sandwhich - also great especially the homemade BBQ sauce, and friends had the Enchiladas which they report as great. We also enjoyed the Ceviche appetizers. Great place, sure to be popular.

What a treat!

I agree with ncampion and oladulce, what a treat! Ate there last night with ncampion and his lovely wife and must agree with not only the quality of the food but the taste and presentation were definitely top notch. Service was outstanding.
Will go back in a New York second.

Buenas Suerte to all of the gang at my new favorite restaurant in Loreto!

(Thank you Mariz for writing this for me so I could post the above.) When do I get my complimentary Pacifico??

Seriously, I give it a thumbs up.

Thank you for the wonderful comments ncampion, Howard and David K!

I think our opening day went very well. Everyone seemed to enjoy the tranquility, view and food which makes us very happy.

It was topped off by a few beers and great conversation with ncampion and wife, Howard, and Jose under the palapa watching the full moon rise over the Sea of Cortez...the perfect end to our first day in the restaurant business!

Thanks to all and we hope to see you here someday!

Such amazing chile relleno! A great addition, and a new take on a classic. And the chimichanga too!

And we enjoyed the new hours, what a nice place to spend an evening!

Hola Nomads!

We wanted to wish you a happy Semana Santa and tell you about a couple things!

First, thanks to you and others we are ranked #1 for Loreto restaurants on Trip Advisor! We have been #1 for a couple months now so I feel a little more confident about telling you all.
Sabor! Trip Advisor Ranking

We’re also happy to announce that we’ll now be serving delicious, juicy, wood-grilled arrachera! Choose between fajitas style with sauteed veggies, or carne asada style with our sweet and spicy escabeche. You also get a choice of wood-fired pinto beans or our bacon-chipotle refried beans, along with guacamole and flour or corn tortillas.

Thanks for your support and Team Sabor! looks forward to seeing you soon!;D
